We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man. We now deliver a range of products to a number of countries outside the UK, including the Republic of Ireland - see the section on International delivery. Sorry, but due to the nature of our products and the relevancy to the NHS we don’t currently ship overseas or to BFPO addresses.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

For every order over £75 we are offering FREE postage. This will be applied at the Checkout when you complete your order. For smaller orders we've tried to keep the price down as much as possible and charge just £5.95 UK postage for every order under £75. All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays.

DO YOU ALWAYS MEET YOUR DELIVERY TIMESCALES?

We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control. On rare occasions, we may need to deliver items outside the published timed windows. We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. We will always do our best to notify you of any delays.

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER COMES OVER TWO DELIVERIES - AM I EXPECTED TO PAY POSTAGE TWICE?

No, you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.

Orders with several items:

  • We may send products out from multiple locations, but if they arrive separately you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result
  • If you order items with both 5 and 7 day quoted despatch times, we may consolidate your order so products arrive together, usually within 7 working days

WHAT IF I'M NOT IN WHEN YOU MAKE A DELIVERY?

Don't worry. The carrier that delivers your order will leave a card saying they've called, but the practice wasn’t open. Sometimes, depending on the carrier, they may leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour/business. Or, there'll be a phone number for you to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day.

CAN I HAVE FREE POSTAGE ON MY ORDER?

Yes, on orders over £75 we can offer FREE postage. As much as would like to offer free postage on all orders, we have had to set a minimum order amount in order to cover our costs. Hopefully most orders will qualify for this offer.

WILL I GET BACK THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES THAT I PAID IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
